Please note that once your parcel has left us, we have no control over how long it takes to get to you, and many companies are currently experiencing delays due to Covid related issues, therefore please allow 10 working days after you receive your dispatch email before contacting us. Cut fabric, ribbons and trims cannot be returned unless damaged during shipping and any goods being returned need to be unopened and in their original packaging.
Please contact us within 48 hours of receipt before returning your parcel to arrange a refund or exchange on email@example.com. You will need to include photo evidence of any damage.
In the unlikely event of an item being unable to be replaced your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
